Our office is on the High Street in Worle, Weston-super-Mare, and we work across North Somerset and the surrounding area.
Community care is bound by travel. Rather than claim a radius, we plan rounds geographically and are honest about where we can sustain a reliable service. Availability in any particular area is confirmed during the enquiry or referral process.
North Somerset
North Somerset has four main towns and a large number of villages spread between them and the Mendips. We work across the area, most frequently in and around Weston-super-Mare.
Weston-super-Mare, Worle, St Georges, Kewstoke, Uphill, Locking, Hutton and Bleadon.
Clevedon, Portishead, Nailsea, Backwell, Yatton, Congresbury, Pill and Long Ashton.
Banwell, Winscombe, Churchill, Wrington, Sandford, Bleadon Hill, Puxton and Hewish.
Beyond North Somerset
We also take enquiries from Somerset, Bristol, and Bath and North East Somerset, and from Devon ICB areas where applicable. Whether we can take a package in those areas depends on its size and shape: a live-in arrangement or a substantial complex care package can support a longer journey in a way that four short calls a day cannot.
We do not claim guaranteed availability in every postcode. Coverage is confirmed during the enquiry or referral process, and commissioned packages are agreed case by case.
